Sabres and Americans Starting Lineup

Sabres

After trying out different line combinations during the preseason, coach Therrien has decided to go with the following lines to start the season.  Steen and Bergeron will start the season on the first line with Eberle.  The Richards had great chemistry during the preseason so they have been kept together on the 2nd line.  Vanek will complete that line on the right wing.  Staal has been preferred to Johnson on the 3rd line since Therrien wanted to go checking line.  That line will be completed by Talbot and Brown.  Watch out!  Johnson, Moore and Lindholm will start the season on the 4th line.

Americans

The Americans roster has changed drastically with all the trades made in the offseason.  Mitchell, Guenin and Fasth might be traded down the road this season so there is nothing set in stones for the farm team.
