Ready Too Rumble

The over haul of the Columbus team was a must in the orginization according to new GM Steve Clarke. The team was to old and not anywhere near cup contenders despite making the playoffs last season. Clarke was brought in to turn things around and make this team a competitor.

"I would like to thank the Blue Jackets orginization for bring me here, and we all fell I am the right fit for the job. I came here to turn a average team into a great tean for years to come. I felt the need to ship the likes of Neimi, Sedin and others to bring in young stars such as Vorachek and Carlson. I had a vision when I came here and I now see that vision has come to reality. The team I have put on the ice for this season is the stepping stones for Columbuses first stanley cup. I am here to win, and winning is what I do. The state of Ohio needs to be excited about hockey because this season will be one to remember."
