Barons advance to round 2 of the playoffs

With the big club not making the playoffs, Oilers fans are left cheering for their AHL club.

The Barons didnt make it easy for themselves though, taking the Peoria Rivermen to game 7.

Adam Larson has been a standout for the Barons, posting 10 points in the last 7 games.

Assistant Captain Chris Thorburn has also made his veteran presence felt, posting 8 points and an AMAZING 75 penalty minutes
