Toews, Giroux, And Parise...OH MY!!!

GM Arcesi of the Boston Bruins has announced that his top three young forwards will be put together on the Bruins first line.  Coach Darryl Sutter had been trying different line combinations and had these guys play together for 2 games on the 2nd line and things weren't clicking the way Arcesi thought they should have been.  Arcesi demanded from Sutter to put the trio back on the first line for tonight's game against the Capitals to see if that would spark some life into the Bruins.  As it stands right now, the Bruins are underachieving and Parise and Giroux aren't doing what they should be doing.  Since joining Boston, Towes has scored 2 goals in 3 games, which is respectable, but playing with Giroux, and Parise, they should all be doing much better.  Arcesi stated that the Bruins who are 5-5-0 to start the season are slumping at the wrong time.  We wanted to get this season started on the right track, and we did with 2 wins and then even being 3-1-0 in the teams's first four games...but since that team, it's been all downhill for the Bruins as they went 2-4-0 in their last 6 games.  Goaltending hasn't been an issue as both Cam Ward and Jose Theodore have been rock solid in net...but the problem seems to be lack of offensive production!?!?!?  Who would have thought a team that boasts 3 solid scoring lines would have a hard time putting the puck in the net.  Well...regardless of who thought it or not...it is a reality for the Bruins.  Arcesi stated that things better turn around for the Bruins soon...or there will be changes taking place...starting with coaching!
