Stars Extend Winning Streak To Six

With a 4-1 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night, the Dallas Stars extended their winning streak to six games. The team has not  lost in regulation since day 4. Their 2nd game of the season which saw them fall 3-1 to the Anaheim Ducks. 

Leading the way offensively is Vincent Lecavalier who has buried 9 goals and added 3 assists in 9 games on the year.

Highly sought after goalkeeper Pekka Rinne has been rock solid with an impressive 1.88 GAA and a 0.946 Save Percentage in his 8 starts.

The Stars look to continue their winning ways on Thursday night by facing their toughest opponent yet, when the teams travels to Madison Square Garden to face the Eastern Conference leading New York Rangers.
