Remember, these are PERSONAL opinions and not meant to trash talk any team.  Many things could change team's standings in the sim world...trades, not submitting lines being the two most important factors, but inter division play also plays a big factor.  Arcesi states that he feels the divisions that could change the most based off of each team playing their division rivals a lot this season are the Northeast Division and the Northwest Division.  The Northeast has three solid teams in Boston, Toronto and surging Buffalo, while Ottawa and Montreal look to rebuild.  The Northwest has the powerhouse Avalanche along with the other four teams who could wrestle for position anywhere in their own divsion...there shouldn't be too many points separating 2-5 in that division.  The success of these division teams will depend on how well they play teams from the other divisions as they will most likely beat each other senseless all season long.

Arcesi feels that the Detroit Redwings will walk away with the Presiden'ts Trophy as the team with the highest point total for the regular season and also feels that the San Jose Sharks will be the 30th place team, due to a major rebuild.

Here's to a good and long season gentleman...prove my standings wrong.    :)

Good luck all!
