Your New York Rangers 2012-2013!

After a relatively busy summer, the Rangers GM came before us relatively happy with the work accomplished during the off-season.

Questioned about management's expectations of the team, the Rangers GM had this to say to the fans:

« We will have a young and competitive team this season and we could cause surprises. We are looking for a spot in the playoffs and we truly believe in our chances of doing it » --Rangers GM

The Rangers organization also took the opportunity to announce that Josh Gorges have been unanimously chosen by his teammates to be the new team captain. His assistants will be Nick Schultz and Paul Gaustad.
