GM Spencer back and ready to make big deals

Reporters got to talk to GM Spencer this morning and he had a few words to say. 'We have been the team that everyone knows when they play us they know they will win. We are in rebuilding stage and we know that the team is not doing so good so we know we will lose. We will be a better team in the next 1-2 years and we will be the team to beat."
